Bob and Dottie started Realty Settlement Services in January of 1986. Bob has worked in the title industry in Lancaster since 1970. He began his career as a title searcher, opening his first company in 1975. Dottie joined her husband in the industry in 1986. They are both licensed title agents and reside in Manheim Township.

Matt Daly

Matt has worked in various areas of the title insurance industry since 1992. He originally worked at Realty Settlement Services for three years as a title searcher before pursuing a position as auditor for a national title insurance underwriter. In 2001 Matt returned to Realty Settlement Services primarily as a title agent, but also to assist in the completion of courthouse searches. Matt resides in Lancaster City with his wife.

Barbara Nixdorf

Barb began working at Realty Settlement Services immediately after her graduation from high school in 1988. She began working here as a processor and is now a title agent and office manager. She is a lifelong Lancaster resident and now lives near Mountville with her husband and daughter.

Jeff Bomberger
Jeff started in the title industry in 1983 as a title searcher in Lancaster County and surrounding areas. He began working at Realty Settlement Services in 1990 and resides in Lancaster Township with his wife.
